Return Process

  Log into your FashioNica account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
